This project began in 2015. The objective was to strengthen and deepen relations between Paraguay and Japan through professional level technological exchange between the National University of Asunción and Nihon University. This was the first year that two students from Nihon University traveled to Paraguay in an exchange program.

In addition, the second talk on natural disasters caused by rivers was held at the National University of Asuncion with Nihon University professor Akira Oda.
